Proudly, the Chicana/o Studies Department at ELAC is one of the largest in the nation. Available to students are a variety of classes; examining an array of topics, including history, health, gender, culture, literature, art, film, and others. Students interested in learning more about the vast experiences of Chicanos and Latinos may chose from diverse courses available to them at the ELAC main campus, South Gate campus and online.
